Nikki is deeply passionate about bioenergetics and currently studying for a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Newcastle in New South Wales. Nikki is constantly studying on all of the latest research related to nutrition, metabolism, exercise physiology and has helped athletes transition into low-carbohydrate diets, choose correct protein intake amounts and fix autoimmune issues. She has used nutrition to heal her own autoimmune issues and fat loss resistance and has spoken on numerous panels and podcasts on the subject.

Michael is a movement and fitness expert based out of New York City. He is on the creative team for Equinox and has multiple certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training and Health & Wellness. Michael started his movement journey as a performer; he has performed in two Broadway tours and assistant choreographed for Beyoncé, and won a Time Out Critic's Pick Award. His focus is using movement and fitness to help people achieve their personal goals while achieving health longevity.ription goes here
