  • The Signature Baseline Body Program offers a hybrid format of self-paced implementation with personalized support, allowing you to fully engage with the Essentialist Method’s transformative 12-week biohacking sequence. This program is crafted to recalibrate your body at a cellular level, unveiling your natural proportions. You’ll have access to accountability tools like Daily Check-Ins, a Meal Diary, and a Movement Diary, with additional support through DM/chat and our community forum.

  • The Essentialist Method™ was originally developed by Jessica Dang as a personal solution. While not a certified nutritionist or personal trainer, she achieved transformative results, overcoming bloating, binge-eating, and weight fluctuations to restore her body’s natural proportions. Inspired by others’ results from following her journey, she formalized the Method with guidance from dietetics and bioenergetics expert Nikki Crendal and certified trainer Michael J.   • Not at all! Life is about more than ‘diet and exercise. The Essentialist Method™ is a 12-week program. It helps you get lasting results. Each week builds on the last. It will help you find your natural baseline and reset your mind-body connection. Once done, you'll know how to maintain your results and reset them when needed.

  • Because the Method is designed to be results-oriented, this program would not be suitable for individuals adhering to a vegan or plant-based diet simply because it would not garner the same transformational results as prioritising the most nutrient-dense and most bioavailable foods.
